4J Studios’ Minecraft: Xbox One Edition should be available now, depending on where you are in the world, thus bringing the highly successful open world sandbox title fully into the newest generation of consoles (since the PS4 version launched yesterday). Among the new features, you’ll be able to transfer any worlds created on the Xbox 360 Edition into the Xbox One Edition. But how do you go about doing that? Check out the video above.

Other new features for Minecraft: Xbox One Edition include 8 player support over Xbox Live, four player split-screen and worlds that are 36 times larger than the Xbox 360 version. You’ll also be able to transfer all your DLC to the new generation and avail of a discounted price of $4.99 in the process. First time players will need to shell out the regular $19.99 though.

Now all that’s left is for the PS Vita version of Minecraft to release. Stay tuned for more details.
